National Library of Scotland - including OS mapping
The digital resources available are invaluable for researchers. In particular the NLS is putting online and freely available Ordnance Survey mapping over 50 years old. As well as the 1 inch and 1:25000 series maps presented as sheets or continuous mapping they have made available the 6 inch plan sheets (about 1:10000) and are in the process of adding 25inch plan sheets (1:2500).
